Just a quick post to say that our club meeting tomorrow night @ 8pm is still on.

I’m sure some of you thinking of attending may have concerns regarding the protests and civil unrest in some areas of East Belfast. This is understandable and the choice to attend is a personal one.

What I can say is that we will be there and the Centre confirmed tonight that they are open. The youth Club in the centre is still running tomorrow night and Ulster Rugby Club’s match will be going ahead across the road from the centre. If there were major safety concerns, these would have been cancelled.

Trouble seems to be contained in estates and main roads kept clear with the probable exception of the Newtownards Road.

The choice is yours, I will be there and I hope to have some company! :-)
